William Thibault is an accomplished urban planner with years of successful experience in all aspects of planning in the private and public sectors. He is a former planning director and HRA executive director, now the principal of Thibault Planning Development Associates LLC. He uses strategic planning to uncover a vision and goals for major planning projects. He has extensive, successful experience in large-scale redevelopment, mixed use development and writing and illustrating design standard ordinances. He founded Thibault Associates in 1988, a firm which provides a full range of planning, development, redevelopment and housing services. He personally manages projects, applying creative and technical skills to produce the highest quality products.
